Description
She is Mandrake's little sister and exists to inspire positive
feelings and joy in humans. Since she tends to make a mess of this task
and feels depressed because of that, she became susceptible to outside
influences.

St. Germain exploits this weakness for his own goals and makes her
believe she has to straighten out her brother's shortcomings and help
achieving what's supposed to be long overdue for the plants of earth:
